This project included a new vehicular ingress / egress driveway divided with a central median and cul-de-sac in front of the existing 2-story building, modification of 290 surface parking spaces, addition of landscape islands throughout the parking lot, resurfacing of the existing asphalt pavement, re-striping of the entire parking facility, regrading of stormwater management ditch along the south side of the property, and attractive Florida native drought tolerant landscape. The property is comprised of 10.4 acres of land located on the south side of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and the east side Tampa Bypass Canal in East Hillsborough County.
