This project included the addition of 213 surface parking spaces in the vacant area on the south side of NW 91st Street, rehabilitation of the existing asphalt pavement and restriping parking area on the northwest side of the management building to create 68 truck spaces, and attractive Florida native drought tolerant landscape. The property is comprised of 17.75 acres of land located on the northeast quadrant of NW 89^th Avenue and NW 91st Street approximately 1.0 mile south of US Highway 27 in west Miami-Dade County.
