Braulio Grajales is a Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in Florida. He has extensive experience in civil engineering design, permit expediting, and site construction administration for all types of development projects including retail/shopping centers, stand-alone restaurants, office parks, medical clinics, hotels, educational and industrial facilities. Braulio is known for providing his full attention to clients and delivering first-class solutions that exceed client expectations. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida, with specialized training in civil and geotechnical engineering. Before founding High Point Engineering in 2007, he had a distinguished tenure with a multidisciplinary consulting firm serving public and private sector clients internationally. Braulio enjoys attending professional soccer tournaments and concerts, traveling overseas and spending time with his family.

Jaime Rojas is a licensed Professional Engineer with over five years of experience delivering innovative civil engineering solutions across Florida. He specializes in the design, permitting, and site construction administration of a wide range of development projects, including multifamily residential communities, retail centers, medical facilities, educational campuses, and industrial sites. At High Point Engineering, Jaime takes a comprehensive, turnkey approach—guiding projects seamlessly from conceptual design through construction. As a single point of contact, he ensures clear communication, efficient coordination, and successful project execution. Before joining High Point Engineering, Jaime spent four years at a multi-disciplinary consulting firm, where he supported both public and private sector clients on diverse civil projects. Outside the office, Jaime enjoys playing tennis, watching sports, relaxing at the beach, and spending quality time with his family.

Anton Trojak is responsible for executing systematic drainage analysis, preparing technical reports, and performing detail-oriented designs for diverse projects ranging from commercial to multi-family residential. He excels as a project engineer by working collaboratively with others and sharing the same desire to achieve excellence. Anton mastered a strong work ethic while successfully accomplishing the 1-year internship program in civil engineering with High Point Engineering. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida. Before joining High Point Engineering, Anton worked for a local family-owned construction company in Tampa Bay remodeling single-family residential properties. In his free time, he enjoys playing hockey, and outdoor activities like kayaking, hiking, and mountain biking.

Pedro Guerra has valuable experience in civil engineering design of land development projects ranging from commercial to multifamily residential projects in Florida. As a Project Engineer for High Point Engineering, Pedro excels as a team player providing efficiency and detail-oriented designs. Pedro graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Oriente – Santiago de Cuba, Cuba. Before joining High Point Engineering, he worked four years for a multi-discipline engineering design firm in Cuba, and 3 years in a leading company in precast prestressed concrete building systems in Tampa. Pedro enjoys watching sports, cooking, long walks on the beach with his wife, and spending quality time with his family.

Ryan Taylor is responsible for executing civil engineering designs for a wide range of projects, spanning from commercial to residential. He excels as a project engineer by fostering collaborative relationships with colleagues who share a mutual commitment to achieving excellence. Ryan honed a robust work ethic during his successful completion of a 2-year internship program in civil engineering with High Point Engineering. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Geology from the University of South Florida. In his leisure time, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his family and indulging in activities such as stock trading and selling goods on e-commerce websites.

Masiel is a Civil Designer with experience in developing civil engineering plans for a variety of land development projects. Over the course of her two-year internship at High Point Engineering, she became proficient in creating site layouts and collaborated closely with Project Engineers to ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. Masiel is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering at the University of South Florida. Outside of work, Masi enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures.

Steven Palacios is a driven Civil Designer currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering at the University of South Florida. He brings a detail-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership to his work, with strengths in site layout design and feasibility analysis. With a passion for precision, Steven plays a key role in developing practical engineering solutions at High Point Engineering. Outside of work, he has spent over 11 years training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a discipline that has instilled in him resilience, focus, and a commitment to continuous improvement—qualities that greatly enhance his professional performance.

Orinta Delain has extensive experience in customer service, office administration, as well as developing and managing client relations. Close to ten years of working in the reprographics industry was an important part of her career molding her ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds. Moreover, working closely with construction companies, she learned construction progression needs and the effectiveness of providing documents on time. Orinta holds an associate’s degree in Violin from Klaipeda University in Lithuania. She enjoys cooking for her family, playing violin at church, and taking her daughters to the beach.
